The Town of Darien has compiled and reported COVID-19 data including COVID-19 timeline, and cases by age and sex. According to the report, most cases are among residents age 50-59.

Governor Lamont this evening announced another Executive Order – Executive Order 7T.
Executive Order 7T restricts the occupancy of hotels, motels, inns, bed and breakfasts, and short-term residential rentals including those arranged on-line to healthcare workers, first responders, essential workers and the homeless during the crisis. The Order modifies earlier guidance regarding bars and restaurants serving alcohol for off-premise consumption, suspends notary requirements for applications to the Connecticut Recovery Bridge Loan program and allows the Commissioner of Early Childhood to temporarily waive requirements deemed necessary to maintain a sufficient capacity of childcare services or stabilize child care providers. It also suspends certain hearing rights for healthcare providers. The Order also makes changes to affidavit requirements for an order of protection and relief.
