William Wilson of Darien Inducted into National Student-Athlete Honor Society

William Wilson of Darien has been inducted into St. Lawrence University's chapter of the Chi Alpha Sigma honor society for being an outstanding college student-athlete who excels in the classroom, in their sport, and in the community.

William Wilson is a member of the Class of 2022 and is majoring in philosophy. Wilson attended Darien High School and is a member of the men's golf team at St. Lawrence University.

Students are nominated for inclusion in this society by their head coaches for their contributions to their team, for their moral character, and for having achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.

Chi Alpha Sigma is a nonprofit organization established to recognize college student-athletes who excel both on and off the field of competition. The honor society is the first and only academic fraternity that specifically recognizes four-year collegiate student-athletes for their athletic and academic successes.
