Why did you start your business?
LYMBR was founded by a group of friends who all have one thing in common – a healthy active lifestyle has been important to them most of their lives. As they continued on with their careers and building families, they stayed competitive in sports and their practice in other areas of fitness. It became evident that staying limber and healthy had to be as high priority as anything else. LYMBR was born out of the realization that they were not the only ones wanting to stay active year after year. If it was important to them, chances are it was important to others.

I wish we could describe in words how a stretch session feels. Sometimes there are no words to explain the transformation your body goes through and how amazing you feel from the time you walk in the studio door, to the time you finish a session. I wish everyone could experience what it’s like to be LYMBR and see the look on our clients’ faces when their session is done.
Do you use any local businesses to support your business? Can you name them?
We always try to shop local in Darien! We have had great experiences with Flaherty Plumbing, Stop and Shop, the UPS store and Wineport of Darien. Our staff works hard and frequents Aux Delices to refuel on healthy choices. And when one of our employee’s car needed work, she went straight to Grants Auto Body. We’ve such amazing support from our friends at Runners Roost and Pure Barre Darien.
