You're IT E-Motion Fitness!
Three questions with Erik Caraballo, owner of E-Motion Fitness.
Why did you start your business?
I started E-Motion Fitness because I wanted to go back to when fitness was all-inclusive. There was a time when people would go to a doctor for everything and we didn’t have the need to specialize in just one thing. I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group X instructor for over 23 years. I have seen most trends and fads come then return full circle. I just wanted to bring people back to a place where they could become fit as a whole while using multiple techniques and staying healthy.
Finish this sentence in regard to your business: “I wish I could…”
I wish I could have people understand that being healthy doesn’t always mean looking good on the outside. Some people that might look good don’t always use a healthy approach to get there. At times it is more of a challenge to get people healthy internally (sugar, sodium, cholesterol levels, etc.) spiritually and mentally than physically.
Best selling product/service?
I think most of my clients would say that working well around their issues and injuries especially sports-related while using my ability to stretch and roll them out to be more pliable. I also believe how private I am, I think the achievements we accomplish here is theirs and if they care to share it with anyone and bring someone into our family that’s great. I don’t feel the need to put it on social media or make a video just to promote myself and the quality of work I provide.
