The summer swimsuit season may be over, but that doesn’t mean your workout routine is at a halt.

The UFC Gym Mamaroneck is offering an 8-Week Beginner Fitness 
Challenge. The classes will begin on October 1st.

The Beginner Fitness Challenge will

  •       Be held with beginners only.
  •       There will be specialized classes for Fitness Challenge
 Participants.
  •       As a method to measure achievments, UFC will hold 9 of the classes as "Challenge Only" classes
  •       Classes will be held in the early morning, morning and evening. Pick one that fits your schedule.
  •       Body and weight measurements will be recorded to measure results.

This 8 week programs is only $150 for 2 months and only open to non UFC Gym Members.
