Former UConn and Nets basketball player Donny Marshall will be hosting a basketball clinic for kids, ages 7 to 16, on Sunday, Oct. 5, at 5:30 p.m. at East Windsor High School.
Marshall, who played for the University of Connecticut from 1991-95, served as-captain for the Huskies during his junior and senior years. He was later named to UConn's All-Century Team. He is now a Brooklyn Nets color commentator and studio analyst for the YES Network, as well as NBA and college basketball analyst for FOX Sports.
Marshall will be holding the All Pro Sports Basketball Clinic on Sunday, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Boys and girls are encouraged to attend, where they will get to spend three hours working on basketball fundamentals with Donny Marshall, in addition to getting tips and questions answered.
The clinic costs $30 per player and $50 for two family members. An autograph and picture session is included with admission. Every child registered will received an autograph photo of Marshall.
