The East Windsor Parks and Recreation Department held a free town-wide scarecrow contest in front of town hall for both residences and businesses last month. The East Windsor Senior Center judged this year’s entries and determined the following winners:

  • Cynde Acanto, Book Club Bookstore, Main Street, Broad Brook (with 1st Prize)
