The Fairfield Beach Residents Association has offered an update about Penfield Beach looking ahead to summer. While Penfield Beach will be open to the public and lifeguards will be on duty, the Pavilion will be closed for the summer season due to the significant damage caused by Hurricane Sandy. Beach goers should expect construction, reduced parking and no building access.
