Fairfield, CT – ZenRide Spinning® Studio opened its doors on Thursday August 15 with an invigorating class and Open House to friends, family and the community of Fairfield. Located at 869 Post Road in the Fairfield Shopping Center, near Bob's Stores and HobbyTown, ZenRide re-modeled a 2,000 sq. foot space offering 30 NXT Spinner® bikes for Spinning® classes 7 days a week.
ZenRide, is an officially licensed Spinning® Facility, with MadDogg trained and passionate instructors, brand new bikes, a killer sound system and a warm space. ZenRide offers daily Spinning® classes with various ride formats, geared to people at all different ages and fitness levels. "One of my goals for ZenRide," said owner & instructor Jessica Gray, "is to make Spinning more accessible for all; to dispel myths about the Spinning program, such as already needing to be a certain level fitness in order to try it, having a militant instructor yelling at the class, or other 'hard core' misperceptions that have grown over the years." Cycling is second only to swimming in providing people at all fitness levels a low impact cardio work-out. Burning up to 700 calories per ride, Spinning® takes cycling to the next level, weaving the Mind-Body-Spirit connection via inspirational instructors, the music they choose, and the work-out they lead.
There is no membership required at ZenRide. Pricing is a flexible on-line pay-per-ride system, ranging between $12 to $18 each, depending on the package you choose. With online rides in your account, you can make reservations up to one week in advance. Rides expire in six months or one year. The reservation system also allows you to choose the individual bike within the room – so if you have preferences about where you are in reference to the instructor, speakers, or fans, you have the option to choose the bike best for you.
