The Second Annual 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Kids’ Run for ONLY YOU is being held on Saturday, September 20 at Jennings Beach in Fairfield. Kids’ 1-Mile Run is at 8:15 a.m. and 5K is at 9:00 a.m. Pre-registration is strongly suggested to guarantee your preferred T-shirt size.
The event will feature refreshments by Taco Loco, Live Music, Raffle Prizes and an International-themed Kids’ Tent hosted by Au Pair in America and Only You. The top male and top female in the 5K will each be awarded a $150 gift card for ASF Sports in Westport, first three male and first three female in each age category will get a trophy, and every finisher in both events will receive a medal.
The Only You Foundation was set up by the Fedak Family to honor the memory of their son Mikey. Their mission is to enrich and enhance the lives of children with special needs and their families.
