Fairfield, CT -- Dr. Monica Jain, of Live Lite Internal Medicine of Fairfield County, has announced the opening of an office in Fairfield, at 52 Beach Road, Suite 205, effective Feb. 1.
Dr. Jain is a primary care physician with 15 years of experience in internal medicine. She practiced primary care in Fairfield for 10 years with Fairfield Medical Group, and with Westport Family Health for two years, before establishing Live Lite Internal Medicine in Trumbull. She has now established a dedicated Fairfield office.
Dr. Jain specializes in preventative exams, chronic medical conditions and school physicals; obesity and weight management; nutritional & behavioral counseling; and women’s health. She is very experienced in providing care for chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, copd, osteoporosis, anxiety & depression.
Dr. Jain helps her patients take responsibility for their own health and has supported patients with lifestyle enhancements & weight control measures, thus offsetting the need for medicines. She also assists her patients with dietary & behavioral counseling. Dr. Jain is particularly intent on assessing her patients' needs up front and evaluating personal circumstances and stress factors that may be affecting their health.
Dr. Jain is the mother of two children and understands the particular challenges of busy, working mothers.
She is currently accepting new patients, offering same-day appointments and accepts most insurance plans.
