Fairfield, Conn. – The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce and The Black Rock Yacht Club will host its April Business After Hours (BAH) and New Member Reception on Thursday, April 14, from 5:30pm – 7:00pm at 80 Grovers Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06605.
The Chamber’s April BAH will be a combined event. In addition to the regular networking aspect of the evening, the Chamber is also going to celebrate the Chamber’s newest members … with a warm, and congratulatory welcome!
“Everyone is invited, to come meet, greet and introduce yourself to the newest members of the Chamber during this networking evening … just last year, we had over 80 new members join! And for the new members, it’s a great opportunity to network with all our loyal members," says Beverly Balaz, President. Attendees can enjoy a nautical evening overlooking the beautiful Black Rock Harbor with a spectacular view of the Fayreweather Lighthouse!
Everyone, and all Chamber members are invited to meet and mingle, but new members will have an opportunity showcase their business, by displaying their brochures and/or marketing materials in the lobby area. This event is about shaking a hand, saying hello and introducing yourself. Just think about: Who haven’t you met yet in the Chamber? Now is the time to do so!

The Chamber’s Business After Hours event is an informal, after-work gathering for Chamber members, prospective members and guests. It is an opportunity to network with other business associates & colleagues, exchange ideas, obtain business leads and make professional referrals and friends. During the evening, guests will enjoy lively discussions, idea sharing and conversations with colleagues, Chamber members and their guests.
