Fairfield's Little Pub Ribbon Cutting: Sept. 26

Fairfield, Conn. – The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that its new member Little Pub has scheduled its official ribbon cutting for Monday, September 26th, at 3PM.

The award-winning Little Pub proudly presents a menu filled with a wide variety of great food offerings, and along with generous drinks, this restaurant provides a lively pub atmosphere, where people feel right at home in.

Owner Daneen Grabe, a Fairfield resident, says, “We’re really looking forward to serving the community.  This spot is in a cute and cozy building, and in a perfect neighborhood, for a 'little pub.'"

The Fairfield location, formerly the Angus Steakhouse at Dolan’s corner, is the fourth site for this ever-popular pub.  First founded in Ridgefield in 2009 by Daneen Grabe, Little Pub became known for its innovative and unique pub experience.  Other restaurant locations can be found in Greenwich and Wilton.

"We're excited to finally introduce the town of Fairfield to Little Pub,” said Little Pub Operations Manager and longtime Fairfield resident Lars Anderson. "We think our guests will feel right at home in their new neighborhood gathering place."

From soup crocks to little plates, from salads to burgers, Little Pub also boasts favorites like: Lobster Mac and cheese, Peking Duck Tacos, and Steak Frites (just to name a few) … there is absolutely something for everyone!

"Little Pub Fairfield shares the traditional old world charm of its sister little pubs with thick plaster walls, hand hewn beams, and antique iron light fixtures," said Little Pub general manager and Fairfield resident Jay Dupignac.  "We have surprises in every corner, and of course, fun is mandatory."

The ribbon cutting will begin promptly at 3PM, and everyone is invited to attend the ceremony to help celebrate their official opening.
