Bark in the Park and Arts & Crafts on Bedford in Stamford Downtown

Stamford, CT - Stamford Downtown has two terrific events coming up in September on Bedford Street. Don’t miss Bark in the Park on Sunday, September 10 and Arts & Crafts on Bedford on Saturday, September 16 and Sunday, September 17.

Bark in the Park presented by Blue Buffalo in partnership with Link AKC and Stamford Veterinary Center & My Pet Lodge is a special day for our four-legged friends. All friendly, well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome. Enjoy lots of activities to keep families and their pets entertained including: Agility Course sponsored by Bandilane Canine Center, Photo Booth sponsored by Bull’s Head Pet Hospital, Free Microchip Clinic sponsored by High Ridge Animal Hospital and OPIN Outreach to Pets in Need Pet Health and Safety Demonstrations sponsored by Spot On Veterinary Hospital & Hotel, Adoption Area sponsored by Pet Pantry Warehouse, also featuring a splash zone, pet vendors, contests and more! Bark in the Park will be held on Sunday, September 10 from 11am – 3pm in Latham Park on Bedford Street.

Arts & Crafts on Bedford brings over 100 juried artisans from throughout the Northeast who will display and sell juried works including Ceramics, Fine Art, Photography, Natural and Organic Body Products, Original Oil Paintings and Watercolors, Candles, Metal Sculpture, Fiber Arts, Wearable Art, Home Decor and more. Visit the artist workshops at the Creation Station in Latham Park.

Don’t miss the Imagination Station with “hands on” activities for kids including farm animals from the Stamford Museum and Nature Center, self-guided paintings with Pinot’s Palette, Stamford Art Association, Chalk the Walk, Face Painting and Drawing with Kids Draw Free. Festival hours are Saturday from 11am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
