Fairfield University Earns High Distinction on Princeton Review’s Best Business Schools 2021

Fairfield, CT - Fairfield University’s Charles F. Dolan School of Business has been named to The Princeton Review’s annual list of the Best Business Schools for 2021 both nationally and in the Northeast region. Specifically, the Dolan School was one of 244 on-campus MBA programs recommended by Princeton Review in their annual Best Business Schools review.

The Dolan School earned its placement on the 2021 list for its admissions selectivity, which considers “the GMAT score and undergraduate GPA of the first-year class, the percentage of applicants who were accepted, and the percentage of applicants who are accepted and ultimately enroll,” as well as four student survey factors: academic experience, professor quality, professor accessibility, and confidence in successful career outcomes.

All assigned a numerical score between 60 and 99, the Dolan School earned a high 90 for its overall academic experience and 85 for its admissions selectivity. Additionally, the Dolan School was praised in student surveys for its “strong reputation” with a “challenging curriculum” that “caters to people who work full time.” Students also praised Dolan School faculty, describing them as “dedicated and experienced professionals” who are “very knowledgeable, accessibly and open-minded.”

Earlier this year, The Princeton Review’s annual college rankings of the best 386 colleges for 2021 granted Fairfield several national and regional distinctions, including places on the review’s lists of Best Northeastern Colleges, Best Value Colleges, and Green Colleges. Fairfield has also received high praise from student survey responses for professor quality, as well as for professor accessibility outside the classroom.
