Bridgeport, CT - On Thursday, December 8, residents of southwest Bridgeport can cheer at the grand opening of a new community health center right in their own backyard. Southwest Community Health Center will host a ribbon-cutting celebration to unveil its latest location at 1020 Fairfield Avenue.
With its newest location of care, Southwest Community Health Center will bring high-quality, accessible healthcare to this historically medically underserved community. Area residents will have a brand-new facility offering immediate help for a non-life-threatening illness or injury.
The 10,000 sq ft center will house six Medical Exam Rooms, with radiology services coming soon. The location will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Area residents can call 203.332.3565 to schedule appointments.
