Fairfield, CT - The Town of Fairfield’s Office of Community & Economic Development is pleased to announce the official grand opening of Shampooch Pet Grooming Salon, located at 2244 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield. The Town of Fairfield’s Director of Community and Economic Development, Mark Barnhart, and President of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, Beverly Balaz, joined owners Josephine O’Meara and Craig Sharpe to celebrate the grand opening of their business in Fairfield with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, May 22.
Shampooch Pet Grooming Salon is a full-service salon for dogs and cats. Clients are encouraged to do a walk through upon arrival to view their new facility where their pets will be groomed. They also welcome senior dogs and cats. Owners, Josephine O’Meara and Craig Sharpe, stated, “What makes us different from most salons are our stables which are amongst us in the grooming room. Having the stables allows us to keep a close eye on your fur babies throughout the day without being crated and keeping them most comfortable within a clean space.”
