Fairfield, CT - The Town of Fairfield’s Office of Community & Economic Development is pleased to announce the official grand opening of Jay’s Mobil Mart, located at 1271 Stratfield Road in Fairfield. The Town of Fairfield’s First Selectwoman Brenda L. Kupchick, Director of Community and Economic Development Mark Barnhart, President of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce Beverly Balaz and State Representative Cristin McCarthy-Vahey, joined Owner Jay Patel to celebrate the grand opening of his Mobil Mart in Fairfield with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, July 27.
Jay’s Mobil has been in the business for over 20 years and is continuing to grow with the renovation of Jay’s Mobil Mart. Patel commented, “I take a pride in owning Jay’s Mobil Mart to serve the community and neighborhood.” He added, “We must consider our business impact on the community around us. This allows us to build relationships with the people and organizations by sponsoring events or initiatives in the community. We can increase our visibility and be ready to serve new customers.”
