FAIRFIELD, CT – It’s that time of year and Spring has arrived! As such, the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that its 23rd Annual Fundraiser and Silent Auction/Wine event, the 2025 Spring Fling, is scheduled for April 24th. The Chamber is also happy to announce that it will be held at a different venue this year… the Penfield Pavilion!
Beverly Balaz, President of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, states: “This annual fundraiser is held in April each year, to benefit the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce - which helps us continue to support our local business community in a variety of different ways and with an array of different programs.” The Chamber’s slogan is: Building Relationships, Building Business.
Open to the public, delicious appetizers and light bites will be served throughout the evening by local area restaurants: BE Chocolat; Little Pub; RyeBird; Saigon Snack Bar; Haven Hot Chicken; Nordic Fish; Quattro Pazzi, plus yummy desserts by Swetckie-doodles, for a night of scrumptious cuisine.
Open bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks will be offered with each ticket purchase, plus a special Rosé Bar, featuring some of the most popular, new Rosé wines, sponsored by Mo’s Wine and Spirits – with chocolate pairings from BE Chocolat. Elicit Brewing Company (serving beer); Fifth State Distillery has created a signature cocktail for the event, The Blooming Spring, and will be on hand to share a tasting of their special recipe prepared with Fifth State Gin.
“Pretty in Pink” and “Handsome in Pink” attendees who wear something pink, can enter their name/business card to win a fabulous door prize drawing!
Lovely and beautiful, this special event will be decorated to create a very special, springlike experience upon entering the venue, by featuring the Rosé Garden. This signature event is always a wonderful time with friends, guests, and colleagues. There will be an abundant variety of silent auction items … something for everyone, including: Golf foursome at Brooklawn Country Club, Delamar Spa massage, boutique beauty care (Botox & Facial) & teeth whitening packages, performing arts tickets, SHU Hockey Tickets, fabulous gift baskets and gift cards, restaurant gift cards, jewelry, just to name a few!
