FAIRFIELD, Conn. — The Charles F. Dolan School of Business announced the 2025 awardees for the 30 Under 30 program, which recognizes exceptional undergraduate and graduate business students. To be considered for this award, applicants must demonstrate success across the following three categories: societal impact, academics, and professional development.
“The award reflects Fairfield Dolan’s mission of developing ethical leaders for a better world and life-long success,” said Zhan Li, DBA, dean of the Dolan School of Business.
This year, the largest weighting of application criteria considered was societal impact, which was defined as defined as “community engagement, social responsibility, and making a positive impact on society.”
Student awardees, who span a variety of academic disciplines within the business school, will be recognized in April at the Dolan Awards Ceremony. Interested individuals are encouraged to learn more about the application process.
