Limited Tickets Remain For Boys & Girls Village Fundraiser, June 7

Black Rock, CT - Limited tickets remain for the Boys & Girls Village fundraiser Compass To Success: A Nautical Night of Seaside Support. The event, to be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Black Rock Yacht Club, is the organization’s primary fundraising event. Proceeds will benefit Connecticut’s most vulnerable children and families, who often have histories of abuse, neglect, or live in poverty and are in need of behavioral health, educational, or family reunification services. Visit https://www.bgvillage.org/fundraiser/ for tickets.

Guests will enjoy festive cocktails, great music, delicious food, inspiring speakers, entertainment and spectacular waterfront views, and will leave feeling good about helping at-risk children and families.  Special guest appearance by Chaz from WPLR’s Chaz and AJ in the Morning show, and Steve di Costanzo, general manager of community radio station WPKN, will emcee the evening.

“When we help those in need we strengthen our entire community,” said Steven M. Kant, M.D., President and CEO of Boys & Girls Village. “This event helps children and families get the vital services they need to transform their lives.  Please consider purchasing a ticket or making a donation.”
