Freedom Isn't Free Ride Found. Presents The Camelot Gala, Sept. 29

Fairfield, CT - No one who fights for their country should come home to have to fight for a place to live. In prior conflicts, veterans had housing provided. This changed after Vietnam. A local disabled Afghanistan veteran had to fight for over two years to find adequate housing to meet his family's needs. As a result, he decided to pay it forward and help other homeless veterans and founded the Freedom Isn't Free ride Foundation(TM). This organization raises funds through a charity motorcycle ride in the summer and a gala in the fall, as well as donations to assist homeless veterans, who fall through the cracks of other programs, find and get housing which meets their needs (to include physical therapy space and occupational therapy space as well as accommodations for a caregiver).

The Fall gala is Saturday, September 29 at the Patterson Club. Guests will enjoy an evening of cocktails, dinner and dancing while helping support the work of the Freedom Isn't Free ride Foundation(TM), helping veterans get housing, maintain their dignity and provide a safe place for their families as society stems the growing tide of veteran suicide.
