Fairfield, CT - The Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street, will host its annual Adirondack Night on Saturday, March 3, from 6 to 9 p.m.
$75 per person; supports Connecticut Audubon’s conservation and education programs
The winter doldrums are here, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay home. If you’re ready to break free for an evening, escape to the north woods of Fairfield on Saturday, March 3, when the annual Adirondack Night celebration returns to The Connecticut Audubon Society’s Center at Fairfield.
Under a nearly full moon, this year’s “Howl at the Moon” theme sets the tone for a casual, fun evening that will feature hearty cuisine, local craft beers, foot-tapping music and both a silent and online auction.
Guests will savor a unique Adirondack experience as the Center at Fairfield on Burr Street is transformed into a rustic mountain lodge. Traditional favorites of the evening will be back including Audubon’s famous recipe chilies, tantalizing appetizers and desserts, music by The Merwin Mountain Band, an open bar, and local craft beers provided by New England Brewing Company and Two Roads Brewing Company.
Adirondack Night takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street in Fairfield. To be transported to the wilderness for this evening, the cost is $75 per person. Proceeds will support The Connecticut Audubon Society’s conservation and environmental education programs.
