Rotary to Collect Donations for Homes for the Brave during Fairfield’s Memorial Day Parade

Fairfield, CT - The Rotary Club of Fairfield will again be leading Fairfield’s Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 28, 2018 and will be collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations to benefit Homes for the Brave, a non-profit organization that has been providing various services for homeless veterans since 2002 to enable them to return to productive and meaningful lives.  The Club’s efforts will be joined this year by the Father Coleman Council of the Knights of Columbus, which will match every dollar collected up to $2,500.

Please look for the bannered truck at the head of the parade and volunteers with buckets who will be receiving donations throughout the event.  For more information about Homes for the Brave and to see a full list of requested items please go to www.homesforthebrave.org.
