Halloween Pet Parade on Sat. Oct. 27, 2pm

Fairfield, CT - On October 27, from 2-3:30pm, local pet owners and their "furry children" can march behind the Southport Volunteer fire truck in the Fairfield's town-wide Halloween Pet Parade, from the Five Corners in Southport Village to Pequot Library’s Great Lawn.

The Parade kicks off at 2:00 p.m. sharp from the Five Corners in Southport Village. You and/or your pet can dress up. You don’t need a pet to participate. You can also visit the Southport Fire Station Open House from 10am-3pm, and enjoy old-fashioned Halloween games on the Library’s Great Lawn and entertainment by Mary Ann Hall’s Music for Children.

Prizes for Best Pet Costume and Best People Costume. All pets receive treats.

No registration required. Free and open to the public. This event cancels in case of stormy weather.
Free refreshments sponsored by Fairfield Veterinary Hospital.
