BBB Hosts Military Appreciation Night Jan. 12

   
   
CROMWELL, CT — Two Connecticut teams battle head-to-head this Saturday at Webster Bank Arena for Military Appreciation Night presented by Better Business Bureau Serving Connecticut.
 
The first 2,000 fans will receive a camouflage hat when doors open at 6 p.m. Fans are encouraged to look into a $25 ticket package(tickets at the box office are regularly $31 in this seating area) that includes a ticket to the game and a military themed Sound Tigers t-shirt!
 
A portion of this ticket package will be donated to the BBB Foundation to support scholarships for students in Connecticut. T-shirts will also be available for purchase with proceeds benefiting the BBB scholarship. 
 
Members of the military are eligible for free tickets to the game by emailing Dan Tamburro at Dan.Tamburro@harboryardse.com in advance of the game. 
 
One member from each branch of service will be dropping the puck Saturday night to kick off the night. Weston Intermediate School & Hurlbutt Elementary School will be performing the National Anthem and God Bless America will be performed by Long Lots Elementary School. A local Army branch will also be swearing in around 40 new recruits during the game. 
 
The $25 special ticket packages (including a t-shirt) are available for online purchase hereor you can call the Sound Tigers sales department in advance at 203-345-2300 ext 7.
