Fairfield Library Hosts Talk on "The Kindness Advantage" Parenting Program

Fairfield, Conn. - Head to the Fairfield Library for an evening with Dale Atkins, PhD, and Amanda Salzhauer, MSW, authors of The Kindness Advantage: Cultivating Compassionate and Connected Children. Their book, which was selected as one of the best parenting books of 2018 by Greater Good Magazine, is a practical and concrete guide for equipping children with the skills they need to have a positive influence on the world. The authors will discuss the fundamental concepts presented in The Kindness Advantage and how they can be weaved into a family’s daily life. This program is geared for parents and caregivers of children in grades K-5. Join us on Wednesday, April 24 at 7:00 pm in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road. Registration is requested.
