Discover how hypnosis can help you ‘reset’ your mind and develop your inner voice with Tesa Baum, a certified hypnotherapy practitioner and mindset coach. Learn cognitive behavioral techniques to help you change your thinking to change how you feel and manage negative automatic thoughts with Meg Nisenson, a cognitive behavioral therapist.
