Fairfield, CT - The Barnum Festival has partnered with Fairfield Center Stage (FCS) and the Fairfield Museum and History Center to present four free outdoor musical-in-concerts.
The show kicks off with an opening night gala reception on June 27. The event starts at 6 p.m. with dinner and a cocktail party, live and silent auction items, plus 8 p.m. show. VIP tickets are $125 per person and over 100 guests have already registered for the VIP section. There will also be free admission to the show only in a designated section.
‘Barnum” pays tribute and celebrates the life of P.T. Barnum. Javier Colon will be the lead in this production along with an amazing cast of 50 actors and actresses and a 12 piece onstage orchestra. Javier was the winner of the inaugural season of The Voice on NBC. In addition, stand-up comedian and actress Lisa Lampanelli, will be performing. Both stars grew up in Fairfield County.
Free admission also for June 28 show at 7:30 p.m. and June 29 shows at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. First come, first serve for free performances. VIP seating available for June 28 and 29 shows at $50 per person.

Champions on Parade at Kennedy Stadium, Bridgeport
Gates open at 4:30 p.m., Show starts at 6 p.m.
A variety of corps including Hawthorne Caballeros, White Sabers, Erie Thunderbirds, Fusion Core and Connecticut Hurricanes, plus others in exhibition. Admission: $20. Sponsored by IBEW Local Union # 488.
Sunday, June 30 – Great Street Parade at Seaside Park, Bridgeport, 11 a.m.
Celebrate our community! The parade travels through the east side of historic Seaside Park. A great musical street parade with bands, dancers, drill teams, clowns, creative floats, and some Barnum Sized surprises. FREE. Sponsored by People’s United Bank.
