Southport, CT - Join Pequot Library Friday, October 18, 5:30-9:00 p.m. for an evening of culture and celebration as Pequot kicks off the 22nd Annual Pequot Library Art Show! This year’s show, Art Libris, draws inspiration from the intersection of art and text and will feature prominent and emerging artists from Fairfield County and well beyond. Guests will get a first look at the completed show, have the opportunity to bid on priceless items in the Silent Auction, enjoy nibbles and sips from Fox Pond Farm Catering, Tuck Gin and Broken Shed Vodka, and visualize artwork in the home with inspiring installations by Moss Design.
Primer: $85 per person
First Edition: $125 per person
Rare Collectible: $250 per person (VIP tour by jurors, early admission at 5:00 p.m., opportunity to purchase art in advance)
Illuminated Manuscript: $500 per person (Private Art Libris presentation in the Dillon Reading Room, VIP tour by jurors, early admission at 5:00 p.m., opportunity to purchase art in advance)
