Yoga at CT Audubon's Birdcraft Museum, Nov. 4-Dec. 16

Fairfield, CT - The Connecticut Audubon Society begins a new series of Healing through Nature classes incorporating the benefits of gentle yoga and meditation. The class will meet on Mondays, November 4, through December 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the recently renovated Birdcraft Museum space in Fairfield.

Participants will be guided through a gentle yoga flow and transition into meditation during classes intended to encourage a feeling of deep connection with the self and the surrounding natural world. Explore breathing techniques, relaxation tools, accessible yoga postures and meditations that lead to finding a personal connection between nature, and your body, mind and spirit.
