Heather Carey holds a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from NYU and a chef certification from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. This training uniquely integrates medical and nutritional knowledge with the expertise of a chef, allowing her to understand health conditions and dietary needs and translate those needs into delicious, healthy cooking and eating.
