Categories will include new fiction, fiction, mystery, biography, history, children’s books, cookbooks, DVDs, and CDs.

Books on the tables will be replenished throughout the sale, and pricing will be standardized to simplify shopping. Social distancing and mask-wearing required.

We look forward to seeing you soon on Pequot Library’s Great Lawn. Thank you for following Covid-19 safe protocols. For this sale, all shoppers must schedule an appointment in advance. Each individual must be registered. Shopping appointments will be 30 minutes long. Space is limited; only 20 shoppers will be allowed during each shopping period to allow for safe social distancing. When you arrive at the outdoor tent to shop, a Book Sale volunteer will greet you at the entrance and verify your name and appointment. This allows us to keep everyone safely socially-distanced while enjoying shopping the book sale. Walk-ins will not be allowed. Shoppers will be allowed to browse and make purchases during their selected time only. At the end of the shopping period, everyone must check out and exit the tent. If you prefer a longer shopping period, please register for an additional shopping appointment.

The book sale is open to the public from Tuesday, April 20 through Monday, April 26, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Want to be the first to cruise the selection? Join us on Tuesday, April 20 between 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. for a special $25 Preview shopping experience.
