Westport, CT – Earthplace is hosting a community event for Club203 participants on November 15 from 6:30pm-8pm. Club203 provides monthly events to all adults with disabilities, ages 18 and up, and is a program of the Westport Commission on People with Disabilities and Westport Human Services. Each event costs $15 or you may purchase an annual membership for access to all 10 events throughout the year. Contact Club203 directly. Attendees are encouraged to bring toiletries and household cleaning supplies that will be donated to Westport Department of Human Services.
Guests will gather at Earthplace to mingle, enjoy festive snacks, create a Thanksgiving themed craft, and best of all, visit their animal ambassadors in Animal Hall, where a Naturalist will be on hand to answer any questions!
Benefits of Community Collaboration
Westport Town Hall runs a monthly Celebrate Westport meeting for all local nonprofits to gather and share their initiatives and learn how to support one another within our community. The result of this meeting has allowed Club203 to secure venues for their entire calendar year and fulfill their mission of providing social activities for a population of adults with disabilities – Earthplace being one of them!
Earthplace offers many accessibility programs and events including Canoe Paddles, Family Campfires, Daily Drop-In Activities and more! Our facility is ADA compliant and we have also partnered with the Accessibility for All initiative to ensure outstanding experiences and services to guests of all intellectual, sensory and physical differences. Visit us during the upcoming holiday season!
