FREE Marketing Webinar For Creative Entrepreneurs

On Tuesday, November 10, creative entrepreneurs can join a free webinar entitled, “Marketing Creative Services” with best-selling author on entrepreneurship Bob Dorf. To register for this free event, which begins at 6:00 PM, visit efound.eventbrite.com.

Presented by the Entrepreneurship Foundation, the webinar will explore the concept that most businesses fail not for a lack of capital or even a good idea, but for lack of customers. The workshop will help participants better fit their offerings to the needs and wants of the marketplace, and prepare them for granting opportunities.

An internationally recognized leader in the field, Bob Dorf is a customer relationship management consultant and co-author of the best-selling book “The Startup Owner's Manual: The Step-By-Step Guide for Building a Great Company.” Dorf is a serial entrepreneur, speaker, author, and recognized adviser on various startup company strategies, including customer development and the Lean Startup concept. He has personally founded seven companies including a 400-person marketing agency.

With a mission to help launch and grow new enterprises in the creative industry and to facilitate connections between creative talent and entrepreneurs, the Entrepreneurship Foundation is presenting the webinar to help creative businesses prepare winning proposals for new or expanded ventures. The organization provides grants to startups in creative industries and currently has two competitions available just for creatives, offering $25,000 in cash grants and special in-kind prizes.

The first competition, Best Ideas to Launch or Grow a Creative Business, provides awards for best business concepts in the categories of graphic design, web design, videos, advertising and marketing, music business.
