Fairfield, CT -- Mrs. Nancy F. Marino, 80, resident of Fairfield, CT passed away at her home on Monday, July 25, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of 60 years to Gabriel A. Marino.
Nancy was born on April 20, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Loretta (O'Connor) Fiore. She was raised in Westport, CT by Charles and Margaret Anderson. While attending Staples High School Nancy began her own sewing design business with a friend and upon her graduation completed design school in New York. Nancy loved creating felt skirts, sewing patterns, and clothing for her family. In the 1970s she found joy in co-owning Lippe's Maternity Shop in Norwalk, CT and after enjoying time with her grandchildren, went on to be President of NFM Realty. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, and doting nana to her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Nancy is survived by three daughters, Karen A. Marino of Shelton, CT, Susan Nemeroff of Fairfield, CT and Patricia Kamper and her husband Gregg of Glen Allen, VA, five grandchildren, Adam and Alyssa Nemeroff and Christopher, Kayla and Philip Kamper. Nancy was pre deceased by her brother, Rev. Charles C. Anderson.
Friends are invited to attend a funeral on Tuesday August 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM meeting directly at Assumption Church 98 Riverside Ave. Westport, CT for a Mass of Christian Burial.
