What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?
Are you open to new ways of thinking about health and fitness? Neuro based approaches to a better you use unique ways of meeting your specific goals and needs. Each individual session will be tailored to benefit your nervous system more optimally while aiming for better strength, flexibility, pain control, and/or stress reduction, even dealing with so much online time; in other words, your goals.
Are you offering any new products, or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?
Z-Health Performance Systems, the main company that I've studied under offered new and updated coursework available to us online over the shutdown. I took advantage of their new online format and took multiple courses and webinars to become even more educated in neurologically based health and fitness. I can now be even more well versed in helping you find new and creative ways to be the best you possible. Yes, it is different than what you've tried before. I also studied with other systems and reviewed the coursework I've taken before.
I'm ready to start back, are you? It's a new world and these are new approaches. Are your children ready? Is Grandma? Yes, I work with all ages and even with special needs populations. I am local, yet experienced. I am very serious about being safe and sanitizing all equipment. I am available to do private sessions either in your home with a mask and even face shield if you would like, or online.
