Creativity Connects Fairfield
What fuels a vibrant, connected, and creative community? What makes people feel good about living in Fairfield?
When locals share the creativity that they uncover in the nooks and crannies of their community it brings about connectivity and makes us all feel good. Believe it or not, you discover creativity every day as you walk, shop, work, and play in Fairfield.
Creativity connects us.

Tell us about an organization in your town that makes you feel good
We are SO fortunate to have our town libraries. They have provided amazing programming and opportunities to the residents of Fairfield to learn, grow, and connect. We just LOVE them and our librarians, and we've even held several of our meetings at the library, while our kids participated in their after school classes (prior to the pandemic, of course)! Our libraries have always been a source of inspiration and fostered a feeling of community for us.
Where do you go for inspiration and creativity?
Lake Mohegan in Fairfield is a great place to spark creativity. Many of our projects are inspired by nature and hikes around the lake have definitely inspired many of our classes and kits. In addition to the lake, we're lucky to have access to five town beaches! It should be no surprise that sand, sea life, and surf serve up plenty of inspiration as well!
What do you love about your community?
Our community has always been extremely supportive of small businesses. We love that many Fairfielders are eager to shop locally and help out their neighbors.
