You're IT Flipside Burgers and Bar!
Three questions with Stephanie McCool of Flipside Burgers & Bar.
Why did you start your business?
Mike Baffa started Flipside Burgers & Bar. He was struggling to find a great burger. Cooking has always been a passion of his. Having owned a fine dining restaurant, he wanted to come up with inventive burgers using the fine dining experience as a catapult to create something awesome. So, by opening Flipside Burgers & Bar he was able to have a creative outlet for delicious food and cocktails in a comfortable and trendy environment.
Finish this sentence in regard to your business: I wish I could...
I wish I could spend more time in the kitchen doing what I love which is creating new and delicious burgers and other food items.
Best selling product or service?
Our best selling products are the Mac ‘n Cheese burger (sirloin topped with house-made Mac ‘n cheese, bacon, American cheese, fresh pico and cheese sauce) or the savory and delicious shrimp Rangoon appetizer!
