You're IT Keri O'Connor, Financial Wellness Coach!
Three questions with Keri O'Connor.
Why did you start my business?
Working as a CPA over the past 20 years, I came to a realization that people’s needs went much deeper than traditional bookkeeping. So many of my clients (both individuals and small business owners) needed to remove the blocks that were inhibiting them from success. They needed to be empowered! In this, I discovered my passion and purpose.
My work as a financial wellness coach encompasses a behavioral and practical approach. Often times, people have unconscious patterns, beliefs and behaviors around money that prevent them from fully experiencing their true potential. In money coaching, we identify and then move beyond these restrictions. We then do a deep dive into personal financial goals and establish a clear plan for achieving those goals.
Finish this sentence in regard to your business: I wish I could...
I wish I could expand my reach and help more people succeed. Unfortunately, my field is a relatively new one so educating people about what I do is key. I have had such tremendous and emotional feedback from my clients that it brings tears to my eyes. I hope to continue to educate and empower people so that they discover the services that are available to them through financial coaching and consulting.
What is your best selling product or service?
My best selling product is a service called The Alliance Program. The Alliance Program includes 9 one-hour sessions. It begins by helping both individuals and business owners understand their underlying patterns and behaviors around money. From there, we move forward to see how those patterns are manifested in their lives and the impact they are having both personally and financially.
Once we identify the driving forces and patterns present, we take a comprehensive look at the present financial position, both net worth and operating expenses. We then dive into goals and dreams for the future and produce a decisive and goal oriented personalized financial plan. Using this complete understanding of past, present and future, we construct the blueprint to financial independence and begin the journey of implementation.
