SHU's MBA Program Included in US News & World Report Ranking

FAIRFIELD, Conn.—Sacred Heart University’s master of business administration (MBA) program has earned a place as one of the best in the country in U.S. News & World Report’s newly released 2021 “Best Graduate Schools” rankings.

In the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology (WCBT), the MBA program takes a unique approach that combines managerial skills with technical skills, so students graduate with a deep understanding of how various aspects of business work together, as well as the knowledge they will need to manage people successfully.

According to U.S. News & World Report, the “Best Graduate Schools” rankings are based on expert opinions about program excellence and the quality of each school’s faculty, research and students. Surveys sent to more than 24,600 academics and professionals in fall 2019 and early 2020 provided the data on which the ranks were based. Using this information, the publication recognized SHU’s part-time MBA program as one of the best. “Our students and professors are incredibly hard-working,” said Martha J. Crawford, WCBT dean. “I am proud of what we have been able to do, and it always pleases me when I see our students succeed in their careers upon graduation. Being ranked in U.S. News is added validation that we are doing our job and doing it well.”
