Are you offering any new products, or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?
A lot of people have lost their job during this crisis and the 10,000 Headshots initiative has inspired me to provide a more comprehensive headshots package, including a portfolio box. Social media has a tremendous influence on the job-searching process and having multiple headshots allows for more flexibility and exposure.
Are there certain individuals or organizations that supported you and your business through this trying time?
A first shout-out should go to the HamletHub; it’s been really great having this additional local exposure. The Patch has also been very accommodating to the needs of a small business such as mine. And last but not least, the Fairfield Wedding Concierge has been a reliable partner as far as the wedding features are concerned.
Safety is of paramount concern at all times. We are photographing our clients well within the social distancing that’s recommended by the CDC and that’s all due to our long lenses; it allows us to capture everything without compromising on quality. We also try to stay very flexible in scheduling to accommodate outdoor locations rather than a studio setting. Basically, by bringing additional lighting equipment and backdrops, we are recreating the feel of a studio outside; it brings a greater level of comfort to both us and, primarily, the clients. By removing some of the health concerns, it allows our clients to relax and take full advantage of a professional photographer’s skills.
