Fairfield Chamber Announces Community eGift Card

Fairfield, Conn. – The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Town of Fairfield, is proud to announce an exciting new initiative to help support our local business community, called the Fairfield Community eGift Card program. 

“During these difficult times, and now more than ever, the objective is to keep spending local.  We wanted something different to ramp-up our continued support of the Fairfield business community!” says, Beverly Balaz, President of the Chamber. 

Keeping Dollars Local:  Exclusive to Fairfield businesses only, thisis the first digital eGift Card program to be redeemable at any of Fairfield’s 65 participating restaurants, retailers and service providers, all in Fairfield (more join each day)! “This gives our residents another way to support our local businesses. And especially with the holidays here, these eGift Cards are perfect for gift-giving!” continues Beverly.

 “Encouraging our community to shop local has always been an ongoing theme for the Town and Chamber.  While local businesses work hard to reopen safely, many of us are wondering what we can do to help. The Fairfield Community e-Gift Card makes it easy for ALL of us to play a role in boosting our local economy and strengthening our business community.”  states Mark Barnhart, Director of Community and Economic Development.

Show Local Love:  The public is encouraged to either show their business community support by purchasing an eGift Card for themselves, or send as a gift during the holidays.  This program will continue throughout the year, and will be available for gift giving on birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc.  The eGift Cards come in a variety of denomination selections, up to $250.00.  The purchase of the eGift Card is face value, plus a small processing fee.
