Three questions with Anthony DaCunha, founder of New England Low T Center.
Why did you start your business?
As an aging male in the medical industry, I suffered from low testosterone and went to several online clinics whose therapy and customer service were severely lacking. I knew I could not be the only one dealing with these aging issues. Due to our environmental decline, men and women are experiencing these health declines at an earlier age than ever before. I wanted to create a positive space where only the best therapies are offered and patients are not just a number.
Our clinic was designed from a patient point of view and patients come first. Hands down… We take great pride in helping men and women regain their health, energy, libido, and vitality so they can live their best and most productive life.
What is your best-selling product/service?
Our best-selling products would be our hormone replacement therapies, Semaglutide weight loss, and our non-invasive erectile dysfunction procedures.
In the wake of covid, we have had to reimagine our business to create an extremely simple and efficient process for our customers whether it is fillable PDF intake forms or being able to see our schedule and create your own (phone/in-person consult) appointment online. We try to make every effort to be as efficient as possible for our customers.
