Fairfield, CT - Town elections are just days away, and the Know Your Reps non-partisan voter guide for Fairfield residents can help you make sense of it all before you head to the polls. Started by two Fairfield residents as their way to give back to the community, Know Your Reps (KnowYourReps.org) is a true home-grown effort, helped out by seven dedicated student volunteers from the Fairfield high schools.
The site features helpful profiles of every candidate running (all 114 of them!) Many of the profiles include videos of the candidates being interviewed by students; viewing these is a great way to get to know the candidates better, and hear them speak about their views and goals for our community. Know Your Reps also features a helpful "Town Government Explainer" page, which is particularly useful for all those families who recently moved to our town. And of course it has all the info about when and where to vote.
