The McCall Center for Behavioral Health and Central Naugatuck Valley Help, Inc. are excited to unveil a new name and logo following the completion of their merger. The McCall Behavioral Health Network represents the steadfast mission of the combined agencies: To inspire hope and promote wellness and healing through prevention, treatment, recovery supports, and community engagement for individuals of all ages and families throughout Connecticut.
“Our goal was to design a dynamic symbol that reflects the exceptional model of care created by our merger,” explains Maria Coutant Skinner, LCSW, CEO of McCall Behavioral Health Network. “For over 50 years we have been committed to our clients’ wellbeing and the logo not only reflects our past, but it represents our intention to provide exemplary, evidence-based behavioral healthcare that meets the needs of the individuals, families, and communities we serve for years to come.”
To celebrate the new entity, two of our locations will host an official ribbon cutting ceremony in partnership with the Northwest Connecticut Chamber of Commerce, medical providers, legislators, local leaders, and the community:
- October 19, 2022 at Renato Outpatient Services 969 W Main St #2a, Waterbury from 12pm to 1pm
- October 21, 2022 at 58 High Street, Torrington from 10am to 11am

The new, combined McCall Behavioral Health Network organization can now provide the broader range of programs and services which our clients need, and the seamless internal transitions as their needs change.

Additionally, Genoa Healthcare opened a new on-site pharmacy on August 31, 2022, at Renato Outpatient Services in Waterbury to improve medication access and health outcomes for people with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and other complex, chronic conditions.
“Rest assured that even though we have a new name and a new look, our commitment to our clients' wellbeing remains the same,” concludes Coutant Skinner. “Clients will be met with the same care and compassion as they have been for over five decades, as they are at the heart of everything we do.”
