Why did you start your business?
Many years ago, while I was employed at a former company providing business consulting and IT services to small and medium businesses throughout the state, I felt the personal attention and relationship piece was really important. Unfortunately, I did not believe that the relationship piece was important to my employer. Every day I was forced to offer solutions (or lack of) that did not necessarily serve the client but instead the business interests of my employer.
It did not take long before I could not do it anymore and I made the decision to set out on my own to build a team that would grow and thrive by focusing on the needs of the client and the relationship between client and consultant. I believed that if we did honest, good work, that revenue and profits would follow and fortunately I was right.
Our company is still a modest-sized company serving the needs every day of many businesses and I believe we have done amazing things to keep our clients running and thriving in the ever-evolving technology and business world.
What is your best selling product/service?
How many local businesses do you use to support your business and can you name them?
We are a small local business and we value very much, partnerships with other local small businesses. To name all of the businesses we have used over the years would be far too extensive for the scope of this writing. To name several it might seem some are more valued over others. I cannot state strongly enough that small businesses working for other small businesses is the engine that drives our country and we are so happy to be a part of that ecosystem. With that, I would like to name Robert Hensley & Associates of Avon, CT as a more recent vendor of which we benefit from their services. The leadership and class at this firm is truly second to none and my biggest praise would be how they value the needs and relationship of their clients (us!) as we do ours.
