Three questions with Dung Tran, owner of Banh Meee in Hartford.
Why did you start your business?
I started my business because I saw a need for a fast service Vietnamese food brand and there wasn’t one on the market that was nationwide. I also started Banh Meee as a passion project.
My best selling product is our chicken Pho and our Pork Banh Mi.
Do you use any local businesses to support your business?
I depend on 4 local business for all of my supplies and some online vendors for non-food items.
