The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for northern Connecticut in effect from Sunday afternoon through Monday morning. Snow accumulations could reach four to eight inches. The storm is expected to begin mid to late afternoon Sunday and stop by early Monday morning, with the most intense snowfall Sunday evening and overnight.
