Day Nine of Rehearsal and ACT's Upcoming Production is HORRIBLY Good!

Last night about twenty-five ACT of Connecticut supporters gathered inside the Equity theater, located at 36 Old Quarry Road in Ridgefield, to watch LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS come to life during day nine of rehearsal.

And, just over a week into production, the cast, the show, the set design, was already horribly good! Under the direction and choreography of Jason A. Sparks, and P. Jason Yarcho (Musical Director) the talented cast of nine, who have appeared in dozens of Broadway shows, were "out of this world"!

Seymour Krelborn ever-growing plant comes to live as do the actors in word and song, feeding the audience with dramatic and comedic satire, and awe.

Fans of ACT of Connecticut will see Artistic Director Daniel C. Levine reprise the role he played on Broadway: the sadistic and leather-clad dentist, Orin Scrivello.

Performances of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS run October 3rd through November 3rd with previews October 3rd and 4th. The show times are: Thursdays at 7pm, Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm, and Sundays at 2pm. Purchase tickets HERE

About the show:
"Look out! Here comes Audrey II”!!! When experimental botanist Seymour Krelborn discovers a plant from outer space, he is quickly thrusted into the limelight and becomes the most popular guy on the block. But what is the price to pay for fame? LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS is the comedy rock musical that has taken the country by storm. This show is sure to be an “out of this world” smash hit! With hit songs like “Somewhere That’s Green”, “Suddenly Seymour”, and “Feed Me”, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS will leave Fairfield County screaming “Don’t feed the plant!” (and trust us, you don’t want to miss seeing her live on the ACT stage!).
